• All rooms are equipped with A.C., Color Cable T.V., HBO, Remote Controls and Telephone.
• A credit card is required to hold a reservation.  We accept Visa, Master Card, Diner's Club or Discover. American Express can be used for payment upon arrival but not for holding a reservation.  We do not accept checks for payment.  Cash or Credit Card only.
• AAA Discount - AAA members will be afforded a discount of the lowest public rate at the time of booking for the dates of stay for the room/rooms reserved.
• A 2 night minimum stay is required for weekends in July, August and Holidays.
• Cancellation Policy:  There is a $25 handling fee for any cancellation.  If rooms are cancelled within 10 days prior to arrival there is a charge of 1 night plus $25.00
• Check-In: From 3:00 PM
  Check-out:10:00 AM
• Non-smoking rooms are available.
• As to insure that you and future guests stay in a room so designated as non-smoking room, if you decide to smoke in a non-smoking room you will be charged a cleaning fee of $200.00, and you will be charged for any night we are unable to rent the room due to smoke odor.
• Microwaves and refrigerators available for any room that does not already include them.
• Air mattresses for rent on an as needed basis.
